Блокировка переноса — это правило Межрегистраторской политики переноса ICANN, запрещающее [[domain-transfer|исходящие переносы]] домена в течение 60 дней после первичной регистрации или завершения переноса к новому [[registrar|регистратору]]. 60-дневная блокировка обязательна для всех аккредитованных ICANN регистраторов и отличается от добровольного статуса [[domain-lock|запрета переноса клиентом]]. Её цель — предотвратить мошеннические переносы, инициируемые сразу после регистрации домена по похищенной карте или взломанному аккаунту.
Пример
If you register a new .com domain today and immediately try to transfer it to a different registrar, the transfer will be rejected — ICANN policy requires the domain to remain with the registering registrar for 60 days.
