يشير قفل النقل إلى قاعدة سياسة النقل بين المسجّلين لدى ICANN التي تحظر [[domain-transfer|النقل الصادر]] للنطاق لمدة 60 يوماً بعد التسجيل الأولي أو اكتمال النقل إلى [[registrar|مسجّل]] جديد. قفل الـ60 يوماً إلزامي لجميع المسجّلين المعتمدين من ICANN ويختلف عن حالة [[domain-lock|حظر نقل العميل]] الاختيارية. الهدف هو منع عمليات النقل الاحتيالية التي تُبدأ فور تسجيل نطاق ببطاقة ائتمان مسروقة أو حساب مخترق. يتعين على المسجّلين الذين يحتاجون إلى نقل فوري الانتظار 60 يوماً إلا إذا وافق مسجّلا الطرفين على الإعفاء.
