RAA هو عقد بين [[icann|ICANN]] و[[registrar|المسجِّل]] يحدد الشروط التي يمكن بموجبها للمسجِّل بيع أسماء النطاقات. قدّم RAA عام 2013 متطلبات أكثر صرامة لدقة WHOIS والتعامل مع الإساءة وضمان البيانات.
