Le RAA est un contrat entre [[icann|l'ICANN]] et un [[registrar|registrar]] qui définit les conditions dans lesquelles le registrar peut vendre des noms de domaine. Le RAA de 2013 a introduit des exigences plus strictes en matière de précision WHOIS, de gestion des abus et d'entiercement de données.
