Das RAA ist ein Vertrag zwischen [[icann|ICANN]] und einem [[registrar|Registrar]], der die Bedingungen festlegt, unter denen der Registrar Domainnamen verkaufen darf. Das RAA von 2013 führte strengere Anforderungen für WHOIS-Genauigkeit, Missbrauchsbehandlung und Daten-Escrow ein.
