Domain Dispute
A domain dispute is a legal or administrative conflict over the rights to a domain name, typically between a trademark holder and a domain [[registrant]]. Disputes can be resolved through [[udrp|UDRP]], the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), or national courts.
Example
Microsoft filed a UDRP complaint against mikerosoft.com, arguing it was confusingly similar to their trademark.
