Sengketa domain adalah konflik hukum atau administratif atas hak nama domain, umumnya antara pemegang merek dagang dan [[registrant|pendaftar]] domain. Sengketa dapat diselesaikan melalui [[udrp|UDRP]], Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen Anti-Cybersquatting (ACPA), atau pengadilan nasional.
