Una disputa de dominio es un conflicto legal o administrativo sobre los derechos de un nombre de dominio, generalmente entre el titular de una marca y el [[registrant|registrante]] del dominio. Las disputas pueden resolverse mediante [[udrp|UDRP]], la Ley de Protección al Consumidor contra la Ciberocupación (ACPA) o tribunales nacionales.
