Uma disputa de domínio é um conflito legal ou administrativo sobre os direitos de um nome de domínio, geralmente entre o titular de uma marca e o [[registrant|registrante]] do domínio. As disputas podem ser resolvidas por meio de [[udrp|UDRP]], da Lei de Proteção ao Consumidor contra Cybersquatting (ACPA) ou de tribunais nacionais.
