يمثّل مجتمع At-Large في ICANN مصالح مستخدمي الإنترنت الأفراد في عمليات تطوير السياسات لدى [[icann|ICANN]]. يتشكّل من خمس منظمات إقليمية At-Large (RALOs) تغطي أفريقيا وآسيا-المحيط الهادئ وأوروبا وأمريكا اللاتينية/الكاريبي وأمريكا الشمالية، وتُشكّل مجتمعةً لجنة ALAC الاستشارية. تُقدّم ALAC مشورتها الرسمية لمجلس إدارة ICANN وتشارك في فرق عمل [[gnso|GNSO]] السياسية. أُنشئ هذا الهيكل لضمان أن يكون للمستخدمين النهائيين — لا الكيانات التجارية وحسب — صوت في قرارات حوكمة أسماء النطاقات.
