O Período de Carência de Adição (AGP) é uma janela de 5 dias definida no [[registry-agreement|Acordo de Registro]] da ICANN durante a qual um domínio recém-registrado pode ser excluído pelo [[registrar|registrador]] em troca de crédito total da taxa de registro perante o [[registry-operator|registro]]. O AGP foi criado para permitir que registradores revertessem erros de cobrança sem prejuízo financeiro, mas foi sistematicamente explorado através do [[domain-tasting|domain tasting]]. Em 2008, a ICANN limitou os créditos AGP a 10% do total de registros mensais do registrador ou 50 domínios, pondo fim à prática em larga escala.
