DNS-over-QUIC（DoQ、RFC 9250）は、UDPポート853でQUICプロトコルを使用してDNSクエリを転送するプライバシー保護型のDNSトランスポートです。QUICはTLS 1.3による組み込み暗号化、ヘッドオブラインブロッキングのないマルチプレクシング、[[dns-over-tls|DoT]]などTCPベースの方式より高速な接続確立を提供します。DoQはバルククエリにおいて[[dns-over-https|DoH]]より低レイテンシを実現し、接続が頻繁に切り替わるモバイルネットワークで特に有利です。
