DNS-over-QUIC (DoQ, RFC 9250) es un transporte DNS que preserva la privacidad y ejecuta consultas DNS sobre el protocolo QUIC en el puerto UDP 853. QUIC ofrece cifrado integrado (TLS 1.3), multiplexación sin bloqueo de cabecera de línea y establecimiento de conexión más rápido que alternativas basadas en TCP como [[dns-over-tls|DoT]]. DoQ ofrece menor latencia que [[dns-over-https|DoH]] para consultas masivas y es especialmente ventajoso en redes móviles donde las conexiones cambian frecuentemente.
