Un TLD (Top-Level Domain) est le dernier segment d'un nom de domaine — la partie après le dernier point. Les TLD sont le niveau le plus élevé dans la hiérarchie du [[dns|Système de Noms de Domaine]] et sont catégorisés comme [[gtld|génériques]] (comme .com), [[cctld|code de pays]] (comme .uk) ou [[stld|sponsorisés]] (comme .edu).
Exemple
In www.example.com, '.com' is the TLD. In www.example.co.uk, '.uk' is the TLD.
