Subdomain
A subdomain is a domain that is part of a larger domain, created by prepending a label separated by a dot. Subdomains allow you to organize different sections of your website or point to different servers without registering additional domain names.
Example
In blog.example.com, 'blog' is a subdomain of example.com. Common subdomains include www, mail, shop, and api.
