Bản ghi PTR (Con trỏ) ánh xạ một [[ip-address|địa chỉ IP]] trở lại hostname, cho phép tra cứu DNS ngược — ngược lại với tra cứu [[a-record|bản ghi A]] hoặc [[aaaa-record|bản ghi AAAA]].
