UDRP — политика [[icann|ICANN]] по разрешению споров, касающихся доменных имён, которые могут нарушать права на товарные знаки. Истцы должны доказать, что домен идентичен или схож с их знаком, зарегистрирован недобросовестно и регистрант не имеет законного интереса.
