UDRPは、商標を侵害する可能性のあるドメイン名に関する紛争を解決するための[[icann|ICANNの]]ポリシーです。申立人は、ドメインが自分の商標と同一または類似しており、悪意で登録され、登録者に正当な利益がないことを証明しなければなりません。
使用例
A company whose trademark 'brandname' was registered as brandname.com by a squatter can file a UDRP complaint to recover the domain.
