Um registro NS (Name Server) é um registro [[dns|DNS]] que delega uma zona DNS a um [[nameserver|nameserver]] autoritativo específico. Os registros NS informam à internet quais servidores são responsáveis por responder às consultas DNS de um domínio específico.
Exemplo
NS records for example.com pointing to ns1.provider.com and ns2.provider.com delegate DNS authority to that hosting provider.
