UDRP 패널리스트 결정은 [[udrp|UDRP]] 정책에 따라 도메인 분쟁을 해결하는 1명 또는 3명의 독립 중재인이 발행하는 공식 서면 판결입니다. 성공하려면 신청인이 세 가지 요소를 모두 증명해야 합니다: 도메인이 자신의 상표와 동일하거나 혼동을 일으킬 정도로 유사하다는 것, [[registrant|등록자]]가 도메인에 [[legitimate-interest|정당한 이익]]이 없다는 것, 도메인이 [[bad-faith-registration|악의적으로 등록·사용]]되었다는 것입니다. 패널은 이전, 취소를 명령하거나 이의를 완전히 기각할 수 있으며, 추가적으로 [[reverse-domain-hijacking|역 도메인 하이재킹]] 판정을 내릴 수도 있습니다. 결정은 공개 게재되어 미래 사건을 안내하는 준선례적 판례 집합을 형성합니다.
