DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH)
DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) is a protocol that encrypts [[dns|DNS]] queries by sending them over HTTPS connections. DoH prevents network intermediaries from seeing or modifying DNS queries, enhancing privacy and security.
Example
Firefox and Chrome support DoH, which encrypts your DNS queries so your ISP can't see which websites you're looking up.
