IDN TLD (Internationalized Domain Name TLD)
An IDN TLD is a [[tld|top-level domain]] written in non-Latin scripts such as Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, or Devanagari. IDN TLDs use [[punycode]] encoding to remain compatible with the existing [[dns|DNS]] infrastructure.
Example
.中国 (China), .рф (Russia), .भारत (India), and .السعودية (Saudi Arabia) are IDN ccTLDs.
