Cybersquatting
Cybersquatting is registering, trafficking in, or using a domain name in bad faith that is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark. The [[udrp|UDRP]] process provides a legal mechanism for trademark holders to recover cybersquatted domains.
Example
Registering 'nike-shoes-sale.com' to profit from Nike's trademark without authorization is cybersquatting under the ACPA.
