يُعدّ مركز التحكيم والوساطة التابع للمنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية (الويبو) المزوِّد الرائد عالمياً لتسوية نزاعات أسماء النطاقات، إذ يُدير غالبية قضايا [[udrp|UDRP]] المُقدَّمة على مستوى العالم. أُسِّس المركز عام 1994، ويوفر إجراءات محايدة وفعّالة وميسورة التكلفة لتسوية النزاعات المتعلقة بـ[[bad-faith-registration|التسجيل بسوء النية]] وانتهاك العلامات التجارية في أسماء النطاقات. كما يُدير الويبو تسوية النزاعات للعديد من نطاقات رموز الدول وفق سياساتها الخاصة، وينشر ملخصات أحكام بارزة من [[panelist-decision|قرارات المحكّمين]] في مراجعته الفقهية التي تُرشد التفسير المتسق لمعايير UDRP عالمياً.
