ccNSO هي الهيئة التابعة لـ[[icann|ICANN]] التي تجمع مديري نطاقات TLD برموز الدول ([[cctld|ccTLDs]]) لوضع سياسات تطبيقية دولية لنطاقات ccTLD وتقديم المشورة لمجلس إدارة ICANN. على خلاف [[gnso|GNSO]]، لا تملك ccNSO صلاحية على سياسة ccTLD الفردية — إذ يعمل مديرو ccTLD وفق القانون الوطني والاتفاقيات الثنائية مع [[iana|IANA]]. العضوية في ccNSO طوعية وتركّز على تحديات مشتركة كنشر [[dnssec|DNSSEC]] ونطاقات ccTLD المدوّلة.
