NSEC (Next Secure) và NSEC3 (RFC 5155) là các loại bản ghi [[dnssec|DNSSEC]] dùng để chứng minh rằng tên miền được truy vấn không tồn tại — gọi là 'từ chối tồn tại được xác thực'. NSEC liên kết các bản ghi theo thứ tự bảng chữ cái, cho phép liệt kê vùng (một mối lo ngại về quyền riêng tư). NSEC3 băm tên bản ghi trước khi liên kết, ngăn chặn việc liệt kê dễ dàng trong khi vẫn cung cấp bằng chứng mật mã về sự không tồn tại.
