DNS önbellekleme, saniye cinsinden ölçülen TTL (Time-To-Live) değeriyle kontrol edilen DNS sorgu sonuçlarının geçici depolanmasıdır. Önbellekleme, her istek için yeni aramalar yapmak yerine son sorgu sonuçlarını yeniden kullanarak DNS arama sürelerini ve ağ trafiğini azaltır.
