Buy It Now (BIN) pricing is a fixed asking price set by a domain seller on a [[domain-marketplace|marketplace]] or [[domain-lander|lander]], allowing a buyer to purchase the domain immediately without negotiation or an [[domain-auction|auction]] process. BIN listings provide price certainty for both parties and typically result in faster transactions than open-bid auctions or [[domain-make-offer|make-offer]] listings. Sellers set BIN prices based on [[domain-appraisal|appraisals]], comparable sales, and their target return.
