Le prix BIN (Buy It Now) est un prix fixe établi par le vendeur d'un domaine sur un [[domain-marketplace|marché]] ou un [[domain-lander|lander]], permettant à un acheteur d'acquérir le domaine immédiatement sans négociation ni processus d'[[domain-auction|enchères]]. Les annonces BIN offrent une certitude de prix aux deux parties et aboutissent généralement à des transactions plus rapides que les enchères ouvertes ou les annonces [[domain-make-offer|offre libre]]. Les vendeurs définissent les prix BIN en fonction des [[domain-appraisal|évaluations]], des ventes comparables et de leur rendement cible.
