El contacto de abuso del registrador es una dirección de correo electrónico y número de teléfono obligatorio y de acceso público que todo [[registrar|registrador]] acreditado por ICANN debe mantener conforme al [[raa|Acuerdo de Acreditación de Registradores]] de 2013. When a phishing page is hosted at malicious-bank.com, the victim's IT team looks up the registrar's abuse contact from WHOIS (e.g., [email protected]) and files a complaint; the registrar is required to acknowledge within 24 hours.
