TLD المقيَّد هو [[tld|نطاق مستوى أعلى]] يقيّد من يحق له تسجيل أسماء النطاقات تحته. قد تشترط القيود بيانات اعتماد بعينها، أو موقعاً جغرافياً، أو وضعاً تنظيمياً. يفرض كل من [[stld|TLDs المدعومة]] وبعض [[cctld|ccTLDs]] قيوداً.
