Trung tâm Lưu Ký Nhãn Hiệu (TMCH) là kho lưu trữ trung tâm được [[icann|ICANN]] thành lập để bảo vệ quyền của chủ nhãn hiệu trong quá trình triển khai các gTLD mới. Chủ quyền đăng ký nhãn hiệu đã xác thực với TMCH, cho phép hai biện pháp bảo vệ chính: đăng ký ưu tiên trong thời gian [[sunrise-trademark|Sunrise]] trước khi TLD mới mở cửa cho công chúng, và thông báo Trademark Claims cảnh báo cả người đăng ký lẫn chủ nhãn hiệu khi ai đó cố đăng ký tên miền trùng khớp. Xác thực TMCH yêu cầu nộp chứng chỉ nhãn hiệu và có thể bao gồm nhãn hiệu chữ ở nhiều khu vực pháp lý.
