La propagación DNS es el tiempo que tardan los cambios en los registros DNS en extenderse por todos los [[dns-resolver|resolvers recursivos]] del mundo. El tiempo de propagación depende de los valores [[ttl|TTL]] anteriores y puede oscilar entre minutos y 48 horas.
