Domain-Reputation ist ein zusammengesetzter Wert oder eine Klassifikation, die E-Mail-Anbieter, Sicherheitsanbieter und Web-Filterdienste einem Domainnamen zuweisen, basierend auf historischen und Verhaltenssignalen einschließlich Sendevolumen, Spam-Beschwerdequoten, [[dmarc|DMARC]]/[[spf-record|SPF]]/[[dkim|DKIM]]-Ausrichtung, Alter, Registrierungsmustern, Blacklist-Vorhandensein, Web-Inhaltskategorien und Verbindung mit [[domain-abuse|Missbrauch]]. Eine schlechte Domain-Reputation lässt E-Mails in Spam-Ordnern landen, blockiert Web-Traffic durch Sicherheitsgateways und kann Abschaltverfahren auslösen.
